We’ve all had matcha that disappears the moment you add milk. This one doesn’t.

We spent a long time searching for a nutty matcha, and we found it with one of our partner farms in Shizuoka, one of Japan’s largest tea-growing regions. Made from first-harvest leaves, the season’s most prized pick, it’s given a light roast by the farm to bring out warm notes of toasted nuts with a soft, pistachio-like finish.

That roasted character is what makes it special. Whisked into milk, it stays rich and full-flavoured instead of fading into the background.
